DA HONG PAO
60% fermentation. From Fujian, county of Wuyi. Tea bushes are cultivated between 300 and 400 meters high. The type of tea plants are cuttings from original Da Hong Pao and grow closely from the original soil. The tea is growing among rocks and with limited sunlight. A unique plucking is made during May. Larges leaves are brown/copper. Fragrance of cacao beans, liquor is amber and bright, taste is full, rich and soft mineral aromas.
