Les thés au jasmin

Jasmine Teas
Leaves will be free in a zhong or teapot, water will be at 70°C.

Traditional preparation:
-Zhong 10cl, take 4g of tea, 1' infusion.
-Teapot 25cl, take 7g of tea, 2' infusion.
Generally three to four infusions, with the same dose of tea and even degrees of water and brewing time. 

Western preparation
:
-Teapot 50cl, take 7g of tea, five minutes infusion.
Generally two or three infusions with the same dose of tea.
