Leauves will be free in a Zhong or teapot.
For the spring harvest of this year - April 2013, water will be at 60°C.

Traditional preparation:
- Zhong 10cl: take 4g of tea, 1' infusion
- Teapot 25cl: take 7g, 2' 30'' infusion

The April 2013 harvest is exceptional, we conducted 10 infusions using Zhong 10cl the same temperature of the water and the same time of the infusion.
