For a session,
We will explore in detail the specificities of each tea presented: its origin from the terroir, the climate, its history and its family. Then, how to perform a good infusion: the choice of utensils, water, its quantity, temperature, tea dose, infusion time, tasting.
Teas presented: fermented wulong 15%: TIE GUAN YIN 1st grade (Fujian) – HA LI SHAN (Taiwan)
wulong fermented at 60% Teas from the Rocks: DAO HONG PAO (Fujian) – QI LAN (Fjujian).
Meeting by appointment for Saturday, November 1st, 2025 morning from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
