For a session,
We will explore in detail the specificities of each tea presented: its origin from the terroir, the climate, its history and its family. Then, how to perform a good infusion: the choice of utensils, water, its quantity, temperature, tea dose, infusion time, tasting.
Teas presented: harvests on tea bushes aged 500 years sheng cha years 2009 and 2019.
Pu Erh shu cha years 2011 and 2015.
Meeting by appointment for Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
