The plantation is in the Wuyi Shan protected area, along with the other teas in the &#8220;Th\u00e9s des Rochers&#8221; appellation. They are grown wild in small plots, picked and shaped by hand in the traditional way. Quantities are very limited to an annual harvest. The dry leaves are brown, tending towards bronze; the liqueur is golden yellow, amber; floral aroma and very good length on the palate.
