Description
The most famous of Les Rochers teas: “Robe Rouge”.
Located at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters in a rocky area with little sunshine. The Wuyi district is a protected area.
A single annual harvest takes place in May. The leaves are brown, tapered and twisted, with 60% fermentatation.
Light cocoa aroma, luminous amber liqueur.
Dense on the palate with a hint of minerality.
