Description
Originating from a remarkable terroir in the district of Panan, province of Zhejiang, at 1,300 meters above sea level, the production is made exclusively on original tea plants. Mr KONG Zhong Ming, of the 74th generation of descendants of Confucius, is a passionate operator. One of the most popular green teas, both in Asia and the West. Our selection was made on a single plot in one day, with a pick made mid-April 2024. The picking of a bud and a leaf is done manually. The dry leaves are flat and have a slightly yellow tanned green hue. A nice length in mouth with an aroma of roasted hazelnuts.
