Description
A traditional farm located at 1,300 metres above sea level in the unspoilt Panan region.
Since the Song dynasty (960-1279), green tea known as the «Dragon’s Well» is the most popular, whether in Asia or the West. The harvest is done manually and takes place in mid-April. The traditional shaping gives, in the end, flat leaves of a bronze green, slightly yellow. The classic infusion offers a pleasant length in the mouth, with a herbaceous flavor and a scent of roasted hazelnuts.
