Description
The most famous Chinese green tea, known since the SONG dynasty (960-1279)
Mr KONG Zhong Ming, of the 74th generation of descendants of Confucius, is a passionate operator. On a terroir in the district of Panan, at an altitude of 1,300 meters, he has set up an exceptional culture of great wines. The first harvest is done manually in early April. The traditional shaping gives, in the end, flat leaves of a bronze green, slightly yellow. The classic infusion offers a nice length in mouth, with a herbaceous flavor and an aroma of roasted hazelnuts.
