Description
Originating from a remarkable terroir in the district of Panan, province of Zhejiang, at 1,300 meters above sea level, the production is made exclusively on original tea plants. Mr KONG Zhong Ming, of the 74th generation of descendants of Confucius, is a passionate operator. One of the most popular green teas, both in Asia and the West, also named dragon well. Our selection was made on a single plot in one day, with a pick made mid-April 2024. The picking of a bud and a leaf is done manually. The dry leaves are flat, which is a characteristic of ‘Long Jing’ shaping and they have a dark green color.
Pale yellow liquid, grassy flavor, fine hazelnut aroma, long on the palate.
