Lin Cang district, harvested from tea bushes between 50 and 80 years old. Selection of an entire plot exclusively for Terre de Chine. We continue the same process of reserving the first harvest from this plot year after year. This galette, to be eaten now, presents subtle sweets and aromas to be combined with the previous year. 200g net cake in box.
