The second famous “Tea des Rochers”, from the Wuyi district, with 60% fermentation.
Cultivation at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters between rocks, with little annual sunshine.
A single harvest in May. The leaves are bronze-brown. Luminous amber liqueur. Subtle aroma of cinnamon and mineral notes. Rich taste with a long, pleasant and persistent finish.
