Description
From the Anxi district, this “blue-green” wulong tea is fermented at 15%. The crop is located at an altitude of 600 to 800 meters, on a slope that differs from the first grade. The harvest is done manually during the fall. Fermentation and processing are traditional and are done outdoors.
