From an exceptional terroir in the Panan district of Zhejiang province, at an altitude of 1,300 meters, the tea is produced entirely naturally on original tea bushes.
The passionate operator is Mr. KONG Zhong Ming, 74th generation descendant of Confucius.
One of the best-known green teas in both Asia and the West.
Our selection is made from a single-day plot, harvested mid-April 2023.
Buds and leaves are picked by hand.
The dry leaves are flat, bronze-green and slightly yellow. Aroma of roasted hazelnuts with a long finish.
