Description
From an exceptional terroir in the Panan district of Zhejiang province, at an altitude of 1,300 meters. All-natural production on original tea bushes. The passionate operator is Mr. KONG Zhong Ming, 74th generation descendant of Confucius.
This tea is exceptional for its freshness, hand-picked every year in mid-April from selected buds and leaves.
The dry leaves are flat, characteristic of “Long Jing” shaping, and dark green in color.
Pale yellow liquor, grassy taste, fine hazelnut aroma, long finish.
