Description
In the south of the province, in the Chao Zhou district, one of the Dan Cong here is “Mi Lan Xiang”.
Cultivated at an altitude of between 500 and 1000 meters on rich soil in a humid, foggy climate.
The leaves are tapered and bronze-brown in color, at 60% fermentation. The aroma is reminiscent of roasted cereals with flowers. The taste is fine and elegant with a lychee aftertaste.
