Today the culture is made from cuttings of the original tea plants, at an altitude between 300 and 400 meters in a rocky area with little sunshine.
Only one annual harvest is made in May. After a 60% fermentation, the leaves are brown, tapered and twisted. Light cocoa aroma, amber and bright liqueur, dense flavor in the mouth with a mineral touch.
