Description
From the Fujian province, Wuyi district, this rock tea is 60% fermented from 80-year-old “Qi Lan” tea bushes. The plantation is in the Wuyi Shan protected area, along with the other teas in the “Thés des Rochers” appellation. They are grown wild in small plots, picked and shaped by hand in the traditional way. Quantities are very limited to an annual harvest. The dry leaves are brown, tending towards bronze; the liqueur is golden yellow, amber; floral aroma and very good length on the palate. This exceptional tea is highly sought-after in China for its quality, produced by this award-winning family.
